Management Meeting
Listed below is a general overview of the meeting attended by myself, Beth, Nick and Cottee. A full AGM will take place no later than the 28th August 2007.
Name: As of next season we will be known as Brightwell Rebels (Bwightwell Webels)
Ground: An application has been made to remain at Brightwell for the coming season.
Training: We are looking at changing training to a Thursday evening, thus giving us a choice of grass training or Astro. Venues still to be confirmed.
Match Day Behaviour: A fine system will come into operation for anyone who uses excessive language when there are children present on the recreation ground. Accumalted fines will be donated to local Brightwell Primary School-Cottee to oversee/enforce.
Man of the Match: Every week, players will put a pound each into a kitty, with the man of the match receiving the pot. People cannot vote for themselves!!
Match Day Roles: A rota for cleaning changing rooms and washing kit comes into effect immediately. Beth will take charge of half times. Dave (myself) will come into the changing rooms and give instruction before anyone changes into kit. Nick will then talk to individuals during warm up.
Web-site: There will be upgrading of the web-site to make it look more professional once funds can be sourced.
Funding: As of next season, everyone will have to pay a joining fee and match fees will have to be paid a month in advance.
Sponsorship; New away kit and splash jackets imminent thanks to Cottee.
